Hello class,

I am honestly surprised by how much excel can do. The whole idea of performing statistical functions in excel for me is totally new. The lecture triggered me to explore more analytic functions and I must say, I now opine differently.I however, found it hard accessing the analysis toolPak in my window but after googling the process I was able to figure it out. My issue though, is it possible to use the inbuilt functions instead of the toolpak?

In my data, I decided to look at years of experience as a variable determining the salary difference between males and females. I have used the ratio between salary and years of experience. The sample population is for anyone earning between 10000 dollars to 99,999 dollars per month and experience < 10 years.  Attached snippet shows the data as well as the results.
