Effect of communication technology on decision making process and persuasion
Technology is present in all facets of the decision-making process. People use technological technology to collect information from Google, Wikipedia, and other sources during data collecting, which influences the decision-maker in future decision-making phases (Young, 2016). Technology assists individuals in screening, understanding, and digesting information, as well as discovering and accessing possibilities, whether consciously or unconsciously.

Blogs are personal websites where users may publish or “log” content that can be read from anywhere in the globe by anybody with an internet connection.
A blog is a personal website where someone writes long-form pieces about their lives or hobbies on a regular basis. Media organizations, companies seeking visibility, or professional bloggers that monetize through advertising or affiliate marketing run more professional or commercialized blogs. Most organizations use blogs to air out their publications about the company, production of new products just to get the views of people or customers through the comment section and these helps them in making certain decisions.
Social media platforms
People can create personal profiles on social networking platforms, publish profile photographs and life updates, and create a friend list of people who can access their updates.
Twitter is another popular social media platform for sharing fast thoughts with people all around the world. Twitter is used by major organizations, public figures, and governments to instantly convey updates and real-time responses to sensitive public topics. Organizations will use twitter to publish information about their companies and get suggestions from people on what they think about the company.
