Test zoom before meeting to avoid communication or technical breakdown that may arise during online meeting progress. Provide technical information. The participants should be notified about the subject matter for them to effectively participate in a zoom meeting Have a backup. The host of the meeting should have a backup plan in case there may be a technical difficult. Provide an easy and direct link for the meeting. Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity during the meeting though enabling access to WiĀFi.
Skype
Ensure everyone is aware of the topic under discussion. Test your gadget well.eg earphones, Camera, and microphone. Eliminate interruption that may possibly occur during the call. Ensure the use of Pareto rule which states that preparation should be 80% while presentation at 20%.
