MGT330 Discussion Week 4 - Interactive Assignment- Developing Your Own Career Goal

Hello Class,

I would like to become a Senior Airman (E-4) within the US Air Force. I would want to get a higher salary than my current job hopefully over $120,000 within the first year of promotion. As a result of my young family, I would like to remain within the US and if possible within my current state which would give me a better chance to be with the family thus helping me bring up a well knit family. This would be a beginning towards high ranks within the Air Force.
