Principle Meeting Not Meeting Justification
On day one I was pretty busy with getting everything on schedule. I was juggling a baby, school, and work. I was trying to find foods that were quick and easy and I was not worried about the nutritional factor. I got up that morning and grabbed a protein shake on the way to drop my son off at my mothers house and then head to work. For lunch I grabbed some McDonalds on my way from one hospital to another and for dinner I wasn’t that hungry so I just grabbed some frozen peaches out of the freezer and ate it straight out of the bag.

Honestly, I do not believe I am meeting any of the diet planning principles. I can definitely do a lot better. I would like to add more vitamins, grains and proteins into my diet. Looking back at my results was very dissatisfying.
