I Believe it is affecting my body negatively because meats are high in saturated fats. Which then promotes levels and raises a risk of stroke and heart disease. Hamburgers also require a lot salt which can also increase heart disease.

My percent of total energy coming from protein is pretty high ranging at 100%.,

It came in pretty close. I was very proud of my accuracy.

c. Review your responses to question 1, parts ā€˜aā€™ and ā€˜bā€™. Do you feel that onerecommendation for protein is superior to the other? Why or why not? (1 point) Ii do no believe it does reason being my scoe came in at 100%

2. Do you feel there may be future consequences if you continue to eat the same amount of protein for the foreseeable future? Why or why not? HINT: Review consequences of too much or too little protein from the textbook. (1 point) i believe so because the ffats i was consuming were bad fats.
