    Question one: Do you agree with Jobs’ leadership approach? Why?                 

       Yes, I agree with Jobs’ transformational leadership approach. Transformational leadership creates a favorable environment for knowledge sharing to encourage intellectual development. For transformational leadership is all about organizational and personal growth and innovation. Transformational leadership also inspires workers in achieving higher levels of effectiveness and innovation due to its positive impact to performance while transformational leaders to inspiring and motivating for better outcome at the end.

 Question Two: What might you do to facilitate a more empathetic collaborative space?

       In order to facilitate a more empathetic collaborative you should ensure you show empathy as you communicate openly with your followers be ready to undertake risks and seeking input from them, by ensuring you initiate inspiring vision and taking the initiatives to move the vision forward. Showing high levels of faith and self-esteem. By doing the listed above this allows easy flow of ideas, solving of problems thus productive workforce.

 Question Three: How would effective collaboration still have allowed Apple to succeed?

        Effective collaboration would still allow Apple to succeed. Since Effective collaboration allows and improves new generated ideas to handle problems, it allows easy follow of important information that would be of much usefulness in bringing success of Apple. Creativity and innovation of new strategies that improves the productive workforce and this al is brought by effective collaboration would still bring Apple to success. The practice of effective collaboration promotes expanding of thoughts and ideas and discourages inappropriate or un useful information.

Question four:What would you say to a colleague who is being disrespectful, abusive, or aggressive during a collaborative exchange?

      By first understanding they is a puzzle, be the first to be humble and do not treat them as he/she is treating you. Speak up if you feel you are being disrespected or being abused. Be in position to address the issue at that moment do not wait but at the same you have to remain calm and more important be respective even after being offended. Listen to them and solve the problem in more polite manner. But do not allow to disrespected or be abused by a colleague.
